In this video series they will share information about all three Bridgwater Assisted Living communities and will discuss subject matter that is important to you such as,
"I'm running out of money and don't know what to do!"
How many times have you heard seniors share this information with you? Most seniors haven't a clue as to where to turn when they have little income and savings and need care services. While some private pay communities have set aside a few Medicaid ALTCS rooms for their residents, many just simply don't accept ALTCS.
We created Bridgewater Assisted Living to meet the needs of those seniors that find themselves in this freighting predicament. In partnership with the Arizona Department of Housing, we accept residents that qualify under the Housing Departments

To qualify, an individual's income must not exceed more than 60% of the area median income or $2,240 per month. In the event a resident should spend down while living with us, and they qualify for Medicaid ALTCS, they are able to stay in their same private apartment. We are also very proud to partner with the three payers in the community and accept ALTCS and ALTCS pending. All residents are provided private one-bedroom and studio apartments.
