2014 Ms. Senior Arizona, Carol Dana, will crown her successor.  Among the new Queens prizes will be a Gold Custom Designed “Ms. Senior Arizona Ring”. Designed and donated by Paul Johnson’s Jewelers. She also receives an all-expense paid trip to Atlantic City, New Jersey in October to represent Arizona and compete for the 2015 Ms. Senior America Title. The Ms. Senior Arizona Pageant is a Statewide Charity event, sponsored by Lovin’ Life After 50 with proceeds going to benefit “Victims of Domestic Violence”, and the Phoenix Chrysalis Shelter.  The Pageant accentuates the motivation and inspiration we get from our senior women, our grandmothers, and our great grandmothers.  We learn from each of our ladies the value of perseverance, integrity, humor, and love, to name just a few of the principals and qualities to live by.

The Contestants, all 60 years of age and older, compete in four judging categories: philosophy of life, interview with the judges, evening gown presentation, and talent. This year’s talented contestants bring to the stage an wonderful array of entertainment in singing, dancing, comedy, monologues and piano.

The Cameo Foundation and Ms. Senior Arizona Pageant Organization provides entertainment to Assisted Living Homes, Care Facilities, Veteran’s Hospitals and Charities throughout the state. Their charitable ventures also include the continuing Sponsorship of the Annual Cameo Charity Ball held each year at the Scottsdale Hilton, now in its 11th year.
